On the April of 2006, ShengTian Group invested 20millionRMB to established new plant site on the Hope Road of the Development Zone in MengCun County.
We have purchased the hi-tech machines to increase our productive level. The large pipe bending and pushing machine is the biggest imported pipe-making machine of China with hi-tech level, it fills in the gap of the same trade domestically. The designed hydraulic pushing force is 800 tons. The stroke of cylinder is 13 meters. The total weight of the machine is 300 tons. The max diameter of pushing-expanding pipe is 1.5 meter.(the wall thickness is 120mm at diameter of 1.5 meter). The max bending radius of bend pipe is 10 meters. It meets the demand for the technique of one-time forming 12-meter-long alloy steel pipe on pushing or expanding.
The high pressure elbow pushing machine is the biggest special machine of China producing pipes. The total weight is over 280 tons. The rated pushing force is 1,200 tons. The stroke of cylinder is 6 meters. It can make large caliber high pressure seamless elbows for 1,250,600,300 MW generating units.
The new factory has complete production equipment capable of meeting the different demands of production.
